Matsui Classic Gathering

As my first concert since returning home, I gave a recital at the Matsui Urban Development Center on April 13th. For the past eight years, except for the COVID-19 pandemic, I have only returned to Japan for concerts. From now on, I will be preparing in Japan, and will remain in Japan even after the concert. Those who have studied abroad for a long time may understand this feeling, but it is quite complicated! Anyway, from now on, I would like to keep a record of my concerts on this website as much as possible. If possible, I would like to gradually record the concerts I have held in Europe so far...

Matsui Classic Gathering is a concert that we have been discussing for many years, saying, "If we have the opportunity, we should definitely attend!" and I was really looking forward to it. Since it has only been a short time since I returned to Japan, some of the guests who attended the concert 10 years ago before they went abroad to study were there to talk about it! As this is a classical concert series that has been running for over 30 years, I'm sure that many of the guests are regular attendees of this series! I am very grateful to all the staff who carefully supported us from the preparation to the running of the concert. I have never been to a recital with so many staff members!

The atmosphere was very warm, and I really enjoyed the talk time after the show!
